Bogor Regency
The stone inscription from the period of the king Purnawarman who ruled Tarumanagara in the 5th century A.D. It lies beside the Ciaruteun river, in Ciampea, a village around 9 km from Bogor city. This inscription is written in Palawa letters, in Sanskrit. The last 2 km of the journey to the location must be done on foot. [+]
Lido is situated in Cigombong village, Wates Jaya, at km 21st km on the Ciawi-Sukabumi highway. This natural lake is surrounded by trees and rubber plantations and has a pleasant and cool mountain wind. [+]
Puncak Pass lies on the top of mount Gede, 30 km south of Bogor city. On the way to Bandung is Puncak or Summit, a recreational weekend and holiday resort. [+]
Taman Safari is located near Cibeuruem village, Cisarua, about 3 km from the Bogor - Puncak highway. In an area of 55 hectares there are different kinds of animals living free, animals from Indonesia as well as from abroad. Visitors must use closed vehicles when driving through the park. [+]
